SGM7SZ244 Overview
The SGM7SZ244 octal buffers/line drivers are designed specifically to improve both the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. The SGM7SZ244 is organized as two 4-bit line drivers with separate output enable (nO����E�) inputs. When nO����E� is low, the device passes non-inverting data from the nAn inputs to the nYn outputs.
