The SGM7SZ244 octal buffers/line drivers are designed specifically to improve both the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters.

  • Typical tPD = 8.9ns at 5.0V.
  • ±20mA Output Drive at 5.0V.
  • Low Input Current: ±8μA (MAX).
  • -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range.
  • Available in a Green TSSOP-20 Package LOGIC.

SGM7SZ244 Octal Buffers/Line Drivers with 3-State Outputs GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SGM7SZ244 octal buffers/line drivers are designed specifically to improve both the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. The SGM7SZ244 is organized as two 4-bit line drivers with separate output enable (nO����E�) inputs. When nO����E� is low, the device passes non-inverting data from the nAn inputs to the nYn outputs. When nO����E� is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. The SGM7SZ244 is available in a Green TSSOP-20 package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
